Do you have a insurence?
Yes we have a public liability insurance. However as per condition of the hire you as the client is responsible during the hire period of the equipment.
Do you deliver and collect the equipment??
Yes, we can deliver and collect the equipment. Our minimum flat fee for delivery is $150. In the case you order larger equipment package, or your location is outside our standard range or you would like to get deliver equipment out of business hours, our team will contact you with the quote for final delivery fee.
Can I pick up the equipment myself?
Yes, equipment can be picked up from us. We’re based in Dee Why 2099. During the order you schedule the hire day and time.
How can I make a payment?
You can pay by debit/credit card online. Alternatively we can create invoice for you and you can process the payment via bank transfer. The payment has to be finalised prior the equipment hire.
Can I cancel the order if i change the mind?
No. Payment is not refundable.
